Agri. Gold Loan

  • Eligibility
    • All farmers: Individuals who are owner cultivators, Agri entrepreneurs.
    • Min. Age 21 years.
    • Tenant farmers, Oral lessees & Share croppers
    • Person engaged in agri allied activities or engaged in activities permitted by RBI to be classified under agriculture.
  • Purpose
    • The Farmer, engaged in agriculture, cultivating own and / or Leased land or engaged in cultivation of crops.
    • Farmer in allied activities like Dairy, Poultry, Fisheries, Piggery, Animal Husbandry, beekeeping, sericulture and Sheep etc.
    • Entrepreneurs and Farmers who needs investment credit for acquiring farm mechanization, undertaking land development, irrigation, horticulture, transportation of Agri produce or any kind of Agri. Related credit, pre and post-harvest activities (spraying, Harvesting grading and Transporting of their own Farm produce)
    • Distressed farmers indebted to non- institutional Lender.
    • Installation of stand-alone Solar Agriculture Pumps and for solarisation of grid connected Agriculture Pumps, installation of solar power plants on barren/fallow land or in stilt fashion on agriculture land owned by farmer.
    • All other farming activities which are permitted to be classified under agriculture as per RBI/GoI/NABARD guidelines and not covered under the Agri interest subvention scheme.
  • Quantum of finance
    • Min. Rs.25,000/- Max. Rs.10,00,000/-
    • (Bullet Repayment Option: - Max. Loan amount will be Rs.2.00 lakh)
  • Margin
    • DL (Repayment Base) – 25%
    • DL (Bullet Repayment) – 35%
  • Security
    • Pledge of gold ornaments / Jewellery.
    • (Bullion/ Primary gold is not eligible for Loan)
  • Repayment Period
    • For Bullet Repayment, Maximum Loan period will be 12 months.
    • For Agri investment credit need/Term loan (p-segment), Maximum loan period will be 36 months.

    • No Moratorium period
